I just bought an iPad Pro four days ago. I have paid £124 in advance and I didn't get the device yet

Hi @Anonymous When they dispatch the iPad you will get an email to say it's on its way. You will then be able to track it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Have a look at this help link. http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

No email until stock comes in though so you need to get CS to check it's status.

It may be because Apple is due to refresh all its IPads in March according to lots of people.  O2 may not want to carry much stock as then it will devalue when new iPads is announced. 

Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.
Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.
