Solved: Can't activate my sim on Iphone 5

hey, i've just picked a nanosim from o2 and popped it into my brand new iphone 5. it says No Service. i went to the phone call button to try to activate it and it drops the call immediate, so i can't activate it? what am i doing wrong?

You need to call from a landline or activate it online. Details are in the SIM pack....

Did you pick up a payg one.

Wondering they have given you a sim swap one which is blank instead of a normal nano sim

I assume your iPhone 5 is unlocked.

Try also hooking it upto iTunes to activate it.
