Hi, Can anyone help with a connection problem Im having.
I cant join my home wifi network. My old iphone 4 worked fine on it as does my ipad. But my new 5s wont connect to it. It finds it OK but says 'unable to join'.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
Thanks, Luke.

Hi,
Press the top button and home button together until the apple logo appears and let go. The iPhone will reboot and try again.
If no help Go into your settings and try 'forgetting the network' and try again.
Settings > WiFi > Choose the name of your homehub and press forget this network at the topof the screen.
Or go into
settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings.
Also try resetting your home router or choosing another wireless channel.
