How long does it take to set up 4g? I've put in my phone number and texted code I now have and have had for at least half an hour 4g with a blue circle going round it, as if it's doing something, but for so long Surely it shouldn't take this long

4g needs to be enabled on your account but all should be now by default.
I'm not sure what the spinning circle you are seeing is but I would give customer service a call to set up your account properly http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
