Hi, my P30 pro has been just updated to EMUI 11. The WiFi calling option has become available now. It's in Settings / Mobile network / call settings

Mine popped in after an update called "O2 Settings and Customisation" been installed.
Also got an Emui 11 now.

Ok time for some update.
WiFi calling randomly getting deactivated by itself.
Just noticed it a few times when going to settings and I seen its disabled. Have to manually enable it few times a month.

I have the same issue!! Mine says C431 & I have no wi fi calling but 02 keeps telling me I have it and the button is there.

I know this is an old thread.. Has this been resolved? Have you got the wi fi button?

What I just found P30 auto disable 4G and WiFi calling once you enable the second SIM and switch data.

If you not playing with data switch between first and second SIM then 4G and WiFi Calling should stay active.
