husband has upgraded to sim only as contract expired but

the sim has not activated  any ideas??

He should carry on using his current sim but if he has changed phones and needs a new sim due to size he should do a sim swap here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ or by calling customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
