I want to upgrade my phone which is due on 1st October 2019. The screen is damaged so it doesnt meet the criteria to trade it but there is no option to add this to upgrade and pay the difference.

Please can you assist?

Have you thought of getting the screeen replaced?. It can be done for a reasonable cost at any mobile phone repair shop.

However, if that's not an option then you will probably need to contact customer services as advised in this link https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/upgrading-your-pay-monthly-mobile

You could sell the phone to somewhere like CEX or Mazuma Mobile and use what they offer as part of your device payment fees to upgrade.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
