unlocking samsung galaxy s7 edge

Hi everyone,im looking to unlock my samsung galaxy s7 edge.I got the phone as an upgrade in June and to be honest just cant get used to it.I prefer to stick with my iphone.I contacted o2 about unlocking the phone and they said it would take 7 days.Is that right?I dont wanna wait 7 days and find out they havent bothered.Im looking to sell the phone as soon as.Thanks

Sorry you didn't like the S7...I heard its wonderful....but then we all like differenct devices I suppose

It can also be unlocked by using My O2 or the MyO2 app
