I haven;t no.. Im pretty Tech Savvy myself, but in all fairness. I wouldn;t have the faintest idea of what I was doing with flashing a device or rooting it.. 😞

I would book an appointment with a Guru in an O2 store to look at it for you.

Yeah Ive tried both OTA and the PCC.. PCC just tells me I have the latest software.. 😞

It has to be a phone issue - I can't think of any reason why you can't update.
Have you tried a factory reset (back it up first) ?
