Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi
has anyone else's samsung galaxy s5 charging cover snapped off the bottom of the phone? And also when you have a number combination password for your phone does anyone get white squares appear over the numbers every now and again so you have to restart the whole phone?
Has anyone's Internet stopped working so you can't download but it has the 3g/4g at the top of the phone?

As you can tell I am having a few issues with mine and u have only has it since October 2014.

1 - The charge port covers always break - many people just remove them, but then the phone is not waterproofed anymore.
2 - No, never
3 - Yes, usually on 3g which is due to network congestion. O2 is supposed to be investing millions in improving the fibre connections to masts to help this.....

It sounds very much like you need to get it repaired under the warranty. Samsung is your best option rather than O2's repairers.

As you seem to be having a few problems I would back up with smartswitch / kies and do a factory reset to see if it helps.
