sim stuck in samsung galaxy j5

Hi My new j5 arrived and I tried to put the sim into the port on the side of the phone using the little plastic tray.They both wouldnt go back into the phone so I put the sim in alone without the plastic tray and now I cant get it out again.Ive discovered you CANT remove the back off of this phone!!HELP please!

You might bebetter to go instore or to a local independent to let them look.
