sending emails

why can i not send emails on my samsung galaxy s3 using my tiscali email address yet i can receive them via this address.

i either get network error ocurred or unable to connect to email server to verify your account information, no response from server.

If clearing your history and caches do not help then perhaps trying another browser.

Have you tried a manual set up?

Pop settings : your username@tiscali.co.uk

Incoming server : pop.tiscali.co.uk

Port 110 security unticked

Outgoing server : smtp.tiscali.co.uk

port 25 security unticked

Alternatively you might try

Incoming server mail.talktalk.net

outgoing server as  smtp.talktalk.net  port 25 or 587 or even smtp.o2.co.uk port 25

Imap settings :

imap.tiscali.co.uk - port 143 - no security
smtp.tiscali.co.uk - port  25 - no security

Sometimes if you get the error message about the server and 'ok' it you may find email works.
