samsung note 2 no texts from iphoned

I changed to a samsung note 2 just over a week ago and until yesterday I was receiving texts from my partners iphone without issue. I am now not receiving texts from any of my iphone user contacts. I chatted to one of the o2 gurus and he gave me a number to enter in as my message centre, this was though the one that was already on it. Can anyone help?

Do you know if they are been sent as an SMS or an iMessage? I might be an issue with the conversion.....
