Why has my fingure print scanner, locked me out of my phone. which in turn i had to do a factory reset resulting in loss of my telephone contacts . I have a few friends who have had the same problem with no anwser from 02 as to the reason why?, and all these problems added to the missed calls i recieve without phone even ringing and the poor signal strengts very poor service. I think i will be changing networks soon and phone brand.

1. Everything should be backed up to Google and restored after a factory reset

2. A password backup is certainly needed in conjunction with a fingerprint scan.

It don't work when you've just had a bath.......

Mind you I don't have fingerprints on my right hand anyway....result of years being a motor mechanic, burnt off on manifolds, welding and working in oil for 20 years before the advent of barrier cream and surgical gloves
