How long have you had it?

If youve had it less than 14 days you can get a replacement otherwise it would go for repair.

Sounds like it's running slow. Maybe because there is too much on the phone causing memory issues or too much running all the time.
Some apps can cause lags if they are badly written.
Did you try the phone with nothing installed after the factory reset ?

I definitely agree with @Anonymous If it's less than 14 days you can ask for a brand new replacement. If you've had it for longer, and it needs to go for repair, you should send it to Samsung. Don't let O2 repairs have it. Whoever you send it to, make sure you have photographic evidence of what the phone looks like before you send it away. Also make sure you send it securely in bubble wrap, and send it registered post so it is signed for at the other end.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
