In the past couple of days my phone keeps turning itself off for no reason. Can any tell me how to fix this

A "factory reset" is a last resort. Remove the potentially problematic apps first and see how it goes....

Settings>backup & reset>reset phone

You can also do it via the power/volume/home buttons - MI5 and co. will no doubt know the exact procedure
