In the past couple of days my phone keeps turning itself off for no reason.  Can any tell me how to fix this

Start by removing any apps you've installed or updated that coincide with the problem starting.

A "factory reset" is a last resort. Remove the potentially problematic apps first and see how it goes....

Settings>backup & reset>reset phone

 

You can also do it via the power/volume/home buttons - MI5 and co. will no doubt know the exact procedure wink
