Hi, I have just upgraded to a samsung 8plus from the iphone 6. no sim card included? Girl I dealt with didnt mention none came with phone. How do I go about receiving one ...

Hi @Anonymous . You should contact customer services and explain that you have no sim with your new phone https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or the easiest way is to pop instore and get a sim sorted from there (making sure you take your new phone and receipt with you)

If it’s a straight upgrade just put your old sim in new phone.

Happily it's sorted now but as you say, it could have been so much quicker if he had followed your advice to the letter. Ah well...
