just had my phone, 25/1/14, been on it afew hours yesturday and everything was fine, came to it today and it was off, shut down completly, so i decided to reset it, this was at 9:30am, just come to use it again and its shut down, tried the off/on button but nothing!!, had to reset it again.. is there something wrong with it?,

What phone do you have?

 

If it was only bought yesterday I would take it back as faulty and get a replacement.

I suspect the post that said return as faulty was the actual deal breaker here and that the handset will go back to the shop tomorrow hence no response.
