I'm having an issue when I'm on a call my phone keeps coming with system ui all the time don't what the problem is

Does the message say 'System UI has stopped working'?

If so there is a youtube video here on how to sort it out

Also on the Samsung forums they discuss this

A factory reset will fix it unless you can find the rogue app causing it.
