"My O2" not working on galaxy s3

I've been trying to log in to my O2 app for a couple of weeks and I get a message saying that there are problems and to try again later. However my boyfriend can log in to his o2 witb no problems. Ive uninstalled and installed the app and its not made a difference. Any ideas??

Just try taking out battery and sim for 5 mins then try again.... Otherwise I think this issue needs flagging to tech support.

Yes, same msg on both. I have 2 accounts but this hasnt caused an issue before.

I just tried again but with the same result. I also tried using the wrong password on purpose and I get a login error message. Dont know if thats of any help ....
