Can someone help.

I tried with the sim in a different phone, still no luck. I have full signal but says emergency calls only. contacted 02 gurus online and they said sounds like the sim, so they sent me a new sim and that doesnt work either, in fact with my new sim in I don't even have a signal and says service unavaliable. Please help.

Something wrong at O2's end. Ask them to check if there are any bars or restrictions on the account.

Take into account it can take up to 24 hours to fully activate.

Check your postcode here to ensure your mast status is ok.

Where did the phone come from?
Is your bill paid?
From what you describe it sounds like either the phone or account has a block on it.

They say they have tried the sim in in different phone so I think it points to a sim problem at o2s end
