The phone is probably hooking up to your home wifi ref internet.

Take the sim out and give it a wipe.

Also try a soft reset and or a hard reset.

Try a battery pull.

Be aware some hard resets can delete saved data.

If the handset has gone faulty then seek assistance from Samsung as a first choice or O2 repairs as a second choice.

Check with o2 Customer Services that your account is Ok and no bar has been placed on your sim or phone.

The numbers are in the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of this site.

Sounds like it has a few different problems.
Did it get wet?
May be best to get it in for a repair.

Well it still sounds broken......
Battery issue could most likely be a damaged charged port. Signal issue could be further phone damage, a network issue or a sim or phone fault.
Try your sim in another phone to eliminate the sim card.
