Hi.

My phone (Google Pixel XL2 with Android 10) has stopped recognising the O2 network. On the home screen, it says 'No service'; when I try to make a call (eg voicemail), I get a message saying "Turn off aeroplane mode to make a call"; and a text message that I tried composing says "Waiting for connection".

Needless to say, I've tried the obvious things such as toggling aeroplane mode on and off, and restarting the phone, but with no success.

Thanks

@PeteF1

It's either your sim or phone that is faulty or you've been cut off for not paying your bill?

Try your sim in another phone, if it doesn't work there, get a free replacement from your local o2 store or call customer service.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

thanks MI5. The billing is paid, so it must be a fault - not good. Was hoping it was just a setting somewhere - ever the optimist! Off to an O2 shop tomorrow then 😞
