Enter the wrong pattern about 10 times and you will get a message asking if you want to unlock with your Google ID.
Enter your Google username and password and it will take you to the reset page for your screen lock settings.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
