how do i pay off my phone and not upgrading?

Assuming you have a Refresh plan @Anonymous, you can pay off your device plan at any time either via MyO2 online, the MyO2 app or by calling the customer service team on 202.

 

You don't need to cancel or upgrade, and your airtime plan will continue to run as normal, although depending on your tariff it may be worth exploring SIMO options if you're not looking for a new handset, as you may find a better deal depending on your usage. slight_smile
