I have a 2 years old One Plus phone and was very happy with it until 3 days ago when stopped working. It litteraly just vibrating and showing the logo, but cannot open. I have changed the battery but it doesn't help. I have hel down power button and volume and is showing the screen to enter passcode, which I did very quickly because it disapears again, but no help either. At some point, i have left it to charge overnight and showed on screen a menu saying in re that my "Device is locked". how is that possible and how can I unlock it? This is my work phone and am on fourlong. Please help!
