not getting a signal

Hi there,

 

for the last 3 days now i havent been getting a signal on my phone or if i am its for a few minutes. can this get fixed?

Hello.

 

Check your service status here http://status.o2.co.uk/ to check your local masts are fine.

 

If they are then removing the sim and wiping it down could help with Network and Data Signal.

 

Have you also checked your sim in an alternative phone to rule out the phone being at fault.

 

If the sim is failing in any way then sometimes swapping the sim for a new one and performing a sim swap can help. The process takes around 2 hours to 24 hours to fully re activate. Turning the phone off and on helps reset it.
