i picked up my new upgrade phone last night but still have no service available. Is this because the phone hasnt completed set up or something?

Sim swap process here if you need a different sized sim card http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ or if the same size, just use your own sim card.

But if an upgrade and a diferant sized sim have you done the swap my sim process ?
