Anonymous
Not applicable

I have bought an HTC phone but want to keep my number. The sim card from my old phone won't fit in the new phone. What should I do?

You need to get the correct sized sim from O2 either a shop or call CS then swap your account over. If got in store they will do the swap for you if not you can use the swap my sim form http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

"Sim swaps usually take less than an hour. But if we’re really busy, it can take up to 24 hours."

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
