Hi i upgraded my phone on Wednesday 10th May 2017 @ 10.00 am i was told the switch over

from my old phone to my new one would take a few hrs at most 24

Its now day 3 and i still cant use my phone i just get emergancy calls only my messages will not send.

My work are not happy as they have tried to contact me

Please help

Can you put your old sim in your new phone?
If not, and your old sim is still working, you can request a sim swap here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
