There is a software update coming soon to fix the issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Ah thanks so much for those links, I found exactly what is happening to my screen! I've only had the device a week so o2 are doing a replacement for me,it's good to know about the software update for next time though. The person I spoke to said they'd never heard of the issue before ! Such a shame because it's a great phone otherwise. Thanks guys 👍
