why do i get a default message tone even tho i select a different tone in settings its a galaxy s7

You'd be advised to talk to Samsung then so they know they have a bug to fix.

Hi @Anonymous when you change the tone...do you save the changes? If not it will probably revert to default?

hi cleoriff i have saved it but it still reverts to default. i know other people have had probs after a system upgrade which i have just had
