message freeze

My galaxy s3 keeps displaying a message, when it doess it causes all apps to freeze. The message is ....  "unfortunatley, the process com.google,process,gapps has stopped."

 

Any idea ?

 

The puntuation throughout is as it shows ....

Boot into recovery mode (Vol Up + Home + Power) and select "clear cache" then reboot the phone. It should help but if not you will have to do a factory reset, but back up first.
