loss of wifi

Anonymous
Not applicable

have a sunsumg s5 neo that's just out of 2 year contract by a few days & now won't connect to wifi at all. Have cleared phone, factory reset but nothing  - any ideas.

All O2 can offer is for me to upgrade to a new deal. Was on the verge of getting BT sim only as happy with fone until this happened. Not sure if worth repairing.

If it's the wifi module that has failed (most likely) it will be a cheap repair.
As you are now out of warranty, you can get a price from your local repair shop or market stall.
WiFi modules are around £15 to buy.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
