My phone was activated yesterday,Mytariff states I have unlimited texts I have just received a message stating I have sent 175 messages - warning level exceeded 125, maximum limitation exceeded 75. Why have I received this when I have unlimited text allowance?

Hi,
I think you'll get a better response and solution by calling Customer Services about this. Out of interest I wonder what your account details say if you were to log-in or use the O2 app..? Perhaps have a nose but ultimately call O2 to find out what's going on.

I don't know for definate but I would imagine that there is some kind of 'fair usage' policy in place with regards to the allowance, and that O2's servers may have felt that that many texts within a few hours of activation was excessive.
Have you been allowed to continue messaging today, or are you still stuck?
