incoming calls straight to voicemail

Hello

I dropped my phone about 3 days ago but everything seems to be working fine like the text, wi-fi and the ability to make phone calls. When I receive phone calls, there is no ringtone or vibration to tell me this and the calls go straight to my voicemail. Is there any way to rectify this?

Hi,

Try turning off voicemail by dialing 1760.

Obviously the drop could have caused issues inside the phone.

Cheers for that. I switched off the voicemail and phoned the mobile from my house phone. The ringtone is now working and is now able to receive incoming calls.

Lol,

the older ones certainly bounced and survived better.

So if you dont use voicemail your good to go.

However to turn it back on if needed is 1750.

It may be that your delay on the voicemail needs altering.

Enter the following into your keypad as though you were just making a call :

**61*901*11*30# then simply press 'call'.

30 is the time in seconds before your 02 voicemail answers ,and can be set in increments of 5 ie. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 to a maximum of 30 seconds  to whatever your preference is.
