home screen rotate? Galaxy Note

Is there a way to get the home / app screen to rotate? I use my phone rotated on its side around 90% of the time so its frustrating that these are pretty much the only screens that don't rotate tootoo. Hate exiting to the home screen and having to rotate the phone or my head sideways.

whiterose, No your home screen is portrait only, you will have to wait until Samsung release 4.1.2 update and then wait again for o2 to release the same update after they have played around with it. Then when you finally have the update 4.1.2 then your home screen will go into landscape. How long it will be pass, Google released the update Tuesday and started rolling it out, it dropped to me this morning and yes the home screen is a lot better in landscape. O2 have not released Jelly Bean 4.1.1 yet so there will be a wait for 4.1.2. iechyd da

Touchwiz (stock launcher) doesn't do rotation for the homescreen, but you can use a different launcher off Play. Nova is one that I have used which works but there are others. Search on play for one that suits you.

There is an app in the play store called ultimate rotation control

You can try the free version then buy a license

It works fine for me, lets you rotate the home screens to landscape.
