Hi. My son has a sony xperia m and the headphones that came with the phone in the box dont even fit the phone! What should I do? Doesnt make sense to me.

I think its best I take it to the shop with the headphones and let them try. There must be something wrong

All headphones are a standard 3.5mm jack - what is the problem exactly...?

The jack doesnt go all way into the headphone slot. Says on screen headset needs to be inserted

Its not too long its too thick lol only goes so far then stops. Other set of headphones is the same
