getting text messages from o2 at 2.00 am

not happy with o2, getting text messages about low data at 2am, is anyone else having the same problem?

Have your tried to Phone them to ask to see if they can be turned off.

Personally I've never had such a text at that time of morning.

It must be an automated generated text.

Mine wasnt at 2 in the morning but was during the night and on more than 1 occassion and Yes,   I have junk texts turned off and it doesnt make one bit of difference, nor does asking over the phone for it to stop.

Getting very annoyed

Im wondering if a phones built in blocking facility would actually block a Networks text message !

 

Or if your not on call etc obviously turn mute on or turn the phone off.

Samsung and iPhone you can turn on blocking and allow a whitelist of numbers that calls and texts will still come through but alll others will be blocked.

Had the same problem a year ago

I called them up to complain

Since then I haven't received a text from them after 8pm
