I am having difficulty in setting my phone up for using my o2 data allowance when I am outside my home address. I have contacted O2 and they have not been able to help and suggested I make an appointment to see an o2 guru. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time and would rather set the phone up in my own time at my convenience. Can anybody help.
