faulty phone and still 10 months left on contract

Hi all, hope someone can help.......

 

I have a samsung galaxy w phone purchased from carphone warehouse just over a year ago, it has already supposedly had 2 repairs on it with their repair service. The phone still has problems, i'm wanting a different phone but can't upgrade for another 8 months and i'm in no position to pay off the rest of the contract early. I'm really peeved off with the way carphone warehouse, don't wanna know anymore, they've basically said i have to put up with it.:smileysad:

As it is still under warranty you need to get it back to be fixed. If CPW won't help (they should) you can contact Samsung directly http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/location/supportServiceLocation.do?page=SERVICE.LOCATION
