hello  hope  someone can help my emails vanish after opening

It can only be your email settings. I presume they are being deleted from the server unless they are still accessible on your PC. Have a look in your email setttings as there are options as to when emails are deleted from the server.

I downloaded an app called K9 Mail which is far better in my humblest opinionation.

It's free and has no adverts. Just look for the one with the metal robot dog icon.
