Re: dissapearing messages

Hi I have just moved to pixel 5 from HTC and successfully transferred my WhatsApp The issue I now have is when I type messages which are more than 4 lines long the message dissapears whilst I'm still typing and I have to start again. I now have to write longer messages in notes and copy and paste into WhatsApp message. This issue is not experienced on any other app and was fine on previous phone. I've updated whatsapp and cleared cache with no luck. Please can you help me ? Kind regards John

I would completely delete whatsapp and reboot phone before reinstalling.
