I am trying to find out if my phone is under warranty. How do I do this as live chat is a pain and phone lines are busy. I have cracked my screen 😞

Cracked screens aren't covered by warranty unfortunately.

You'd need to claim off insurance or pay for any repairs.

For info, Apple give a 12 month warranty and all others are 2 years.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's crazy.  Cracked screens are considered as cosmetic even if aesthetically unpleasing. If though the video has gone completely then a fix would be required and RMA would be required. Similarly failed upgrades aren't considered as insurable either.

Indubitably true. Samsung S21 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra
