Hi gingerwurzle.

First of all, ouch, I think if I dropped my other half's phone I would have been quickly following it to the ground 😛

Best thing to do (assuming you got it from O2 directly) is get it to an O2 store who could send it off to their repair center who can issue a quote for the cost of repair.

If I had to guess £70-130, but of course it could be more depending on if the internal workings of the phone took much damage.

Hope you get it sorted.

Thats not as painfull as I thought it might (hopefully) will go into shop tomorrow.

Did think about blaming it on our 3 year old!!! But manned up and blamed her for leaving it in such a silly place!!

Thanks

I dropped my s3, it's got the smallest crack - on the inside - but the lcd is foo.... you get my drift! My insurance is with my bank so I just rang them - seeing as it's not apple its going to cost me £30 (if they can't repair it they'll send me a reconditioned phone or the cash... can't remember how that worked but will get the paperwork tomorrow hopefully!).  Apparenlty with insurance you've only got so long to report it - 48hrs I think? Hope this helps good luck!!
