Hi

I received my latest 02 bill and there was a charge for £18.00 for premium and information services with the number 88222.

I did not know what this was for, so l went into 02 and they put me on to the fraud department who said they would refund my £18.00. l asked them if they could stop this happening again and they said they could only put a overall spend cap of £00.00 on my account. It was good of them to do a refund but l am worried if it happens again. There was no text, phone call or email received so l cannot put STOP All to 88222. It just appeared on my monthly statement. Any one else had this happen.

l am 74 years of age so l do not use my phone for anything except phoning people l know and l did use tik tok but have cancelled it in case it was caused by this someway.

Thanks
