change standard sim cardfor nano sim card

Dear O2,

 

I've bought a new Samsung S7 smart phone, so I need to change my old standard size sim card for nano sim size card, and I want to keep my phone number. My old sim card not be cut for nano size.
Please send me a nano size sim card with my same phone number.

Please either call CS on 202 or go into an O2 shop and they will do it for free.

Easiest and quickest is your local O2 store if you are able to get down there. Usually all sorted in anything from 10 minutes to an hour and totally free service.
