Hi everyone first post so bear with me. Just got 4.3 on my S4 and now bluetooth will not pair. The phone scans and finds the device but will not accept the pairing request. Tried several devices all with th same result, tried 0000 and1234 with and without device shown to others. Anyone having same problem or know of a fix? Need this to work with the hands free in the car. Thanks for any help.

You should get a unique pairing code with newer devices that maybe displayed on screen or in the notification bar. It is only older devices that used generic 0000 or 1234 if no unique code was generated by the device been paired with.

hi

few people are having similar issues since updating to 4.3

factory reset seems to help

if you do reset your phone, make sure to back up your files before you do

Might try reset again although I did one before and after the upgrade . So annoying after waiting for the upgrade as I think 02 where the last to issue it.

Yes. The new software seems to be causing issues. You could always Contact Samsung directly and let them have a look for you or take it into your local o2 store but I always recommend to see the manufacturer
