hi

could anyone tell me if i need to ring o2 to have this activated ?

i know you can block a number when you have it but what about witheld numbers ?

It's an option on some phones or use an app such as "Truecaller"

What phone do you have? Some have the option built in to block witheld numbers.

@Anonymous Blocking all withheld numbers may not be such a good idea. Most hospitals and doctor's surgeries withhold their numbers.
